Meal Care

Meal Care

At A Comfort Care, we focus on good nutrition and meeting food group requirements—in other words, we do exactly what you’d expect from a home care services provider.

After a nurse assessment our caregivers will prepare and serve meals, and even help with feeding as required. Special care is taken if your loved one has dietary needs, such as a low sodium, low cholesterol, or diabetic diet. .

If weight or fluid intake are a concern, our caregivers will keep excellent records for your review.

We are extremely pleased with our new caregiver. My father seems to be very compatible with her; he is already following her directions. That's a major accomplishment for the first night.

I can’t thank you enough for all you have done for my parents. Your caregivers have taken to them as though they are family, and I feel so at ease knowing your agency is there 24/7 for them. My mother often says “We are truly blessed to have found such wonderful people.”

My dad called today and sounded fantastic. He said he was out walking with his caregiver. I can’t tell you how happy it made me. As you know since mom passed he hasn't left the house and was so depressed. His caregivers are amazing. He is eating healthy, taking his medication, exercising, and the house is clean. Most of all he seems so much happier. It seemed like his life was never going to get back on track...but thanks to all of you he is back!

How does one say Thank You, when “Thank You” is so inadequate for the loving, and constant care you gave to my Mother. She, as you know, had been traumatized by the ordeal of falling from her wheelchair.

It meant so much to have your there to garden and walk with my mother. Your girls were there to read to her, keep her company, and most of all to continue to love her. I wish I had the words to express what you have meant to us.
