QDo we need to sign a contract?

No, with A Comfort Care you won’t be locked in for any specific amount of time. We do ask for two weeks’ notice if you decide you no longer wish to use our services.

And although it’s not a contract, state regulations require that you sign a Service Agreement so you can become familiar with and agree to our policies.

QIn which areas do you provide home care services?
A

We service San Antonio and surrounding cities and the following counties: Bexar, Wilson, Kendall, Atascosa, Comal, Medina, Bandera, Frio and others.

QWhat are your rates?
A

Rates for home care services depend on what services your loved one needs and where they are located. We also have live-in rates and hourly rates. Call us at (210) 341-4300, or contact us through this website, and we’ll be happy to do a free in-home assessment.

QWhat type of deposit do we need?
A

Unlike most agencies, A Comfort Care DOES NOT require a deposit. Why? We try so hard to ensure incredible service that cancellations have never been an issue for us.

QWhat type of licensing and insurance does A Comfort Care carry?
A

We are fully bonded and carry liability insurance on all our caregivers. We are licensed by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability and maintain a rare 100% rating.

QWhat type of payments do you accept?
A

We accept all major credit cards, long-term care insurance, and personal checks. We also know several specialists who work with reverse mortgages if you’d like to explore financing as an option.
